Completed in Winwick, Warrington, our customers found us through our social media account. They had been following us for a while and were impressed by the work we do. This contemporary Kitchen started life when Mrs Heneghan came into our Warrington Showroom to enquire about replacement doors and appliances for her existing Kitchen, thinking that a brand new Kitchen would be way out of her budget.
After spending some time with our Warrington Showroom designer, it became apparent that the best option was to design a new fitted Kitchen. The number one priority for Mrs Heneghan was a central island, so, our designer set about designing a layout that included an island, maximum worktop area, lots of storage options, and the right mix of those all-essential electrical appliances.
An added touch, that our customers loved about the finished Kitchen installation is that during the preparation work, we left the existing coving in place. This is quite traditional and decorative but looks fantastic with the modern handle less style, debunking the myth that you must match the Kitchen style to the decorative style of the house.

The design has a tall bank of units on one wall, an ‘L’ shape worktop run, which has the sink and then a separate island. The island houses the hob, which is an induction hob with built-in extraction. The extractor draws steam and smells down through the centre of the hob to be filtered, before being vented into the room.
A major feature of the kitchen is the inclusion of the quartz downturns. As an alternative to conventional painted end panels, quartz downturns have been positioned on the end of the ‘L’ shaped worktop, and the end of the island, both immediately visible as you enter the kitchen.
