Designed by Ian Walker
Sandra & Russell visited our Warrington showroom looking for a modern, handle less style kitchen that would fit in well with their open plan living area. They decided on our Remo door in Cashmere Gloss, our couple felt the warmer colour of cashmere would suit the overall feel of their space.
When Ian visited our couple in their home it became very clear that the new kitchen needed to blend perfectly with the rest of the living space. Ian designed the kitchen with just two colours, the Cashmere Gloss furniture and the Hailstorm quartz, the quartz was used to create up-stands that ran into windowsills.
The design has a tall bank of units along one wall, this is made up of mainly appliances, and there is a peninsular area that separates the kitchen from the dining space. The peninsular is a great place for the hob as it keeps that area social, rather than being tucked away at the other end of the room.
The rest of the design consists of practical storage space, there are two corners that have Lemans pull-out corner shelves, deep pan drawers and bi-fold doors on the wall units for ease of access over the peninsular. Clean lines, bright contemporary colours have transformed this space into the hub of the home.
