The Royle’s had strong ideas about what they wanted in their new kitchen. Mrs. Royle had seen an image in one of our brochures and really wanted to incorporate glass letterbox doors above the ovens as a feature. She was keen to add in a breakfast bar to make the kitchen a social space for friends and family. Using the same colours were an important consideration in order for the kitchen to flow through to the utility. Mrs Royle also wanted to add in a timber surface to add warmth.
To make the most of the space, floor to ceiling units were fitted with Milbourne Shaker doors Painted in Almond. A bank of built-in Neff appliances and copious amounts of integrated storage are all within easy reach from the prep area. The breakfast bar area is defined by the use of two materials, Oak and Corian. The Corian adds a satin sleek surface to the clean-lined and elegant design while the oak adds warmth and contrasting texture.
Standout details include the wine rack above the American Fridge freezer and the letterbox glazed cupboards above the ovens. Open corner shelving to display books adds interest and reflects the Royle’s ethos of combining practicality with good looks.
A combination of on-trend detail, bespoke design and quality workmanship make this cool kitchen both timely and timeless.
