In the showroom:

• Customers and Fineline employees to adhere to social distance guidelines (2 metres apart)
• If at any point any member of staff starts displaying coronavirus symptoms i.e. temperature/coughing etc they will be asked to stay at home and self-isolate for 10 days
• Provision for hand sanitiser at entry/exit points and presentation areas

Home appointments:

• No visit to be made where the household is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms or where an individual has been advised to shield
• Customers and Fineline employees to adhere to social distance guidelines (2 metres apart)
• When social distancing guidelines (2 metres apart) cannot be adhered to in the function of your tasks PPE equipment must be worn
• Use of hand sanitiser before entering the household
